Yes. Agent Island ships a native WPF build for Windows 10/11. macOS is on v2.1.1 and the Windows build syncs shortly; the capability matrix separates released code from the UI paths independently rerun on Windows. Download it from the GitHub releases page.

The app is ad-hoc signed (no paid Apple Developer account), so macOS asks for one right-click → Open the first time. Updates are independently verified: Sparkle checks an EdDSA signature before installing anything.
